Molly is a Partner in our Shanghai office. Molly specialises in project finance, acquisition finance, syndicated loans, real property finance, incorporation of financial institutions and derivatives trading platforms.
Molly has represented overseas and domestic syndicates, banks, joint ventures, and project companies in many project finances concerning a wide range of sectors including hydropower, wind farm, nuclear power, biomass, oil, chemicals, and manufacturing. She is also experienced in cross-border acquisition finance and real property finance. She has provided legal services for various Chinese policy banks, commercial banks and sponsors in such projects.
