Molly has represented overseas and domestic syndicates, banks, joint ventures, and project companies in many project finances concerning a wide range of sectors including hydropower, wind farm, nuclear power, biomass, oil, chemicals, and manufacturing. She is also experienced in cross-border acquisition finance and real property finance. She has provided legal services for various Chinese policy banks, commercial banks and sponsors in such projects.
