Michael is the partner in charge of our Singapore office and is leading the growth of KWM’s projects practice (and wider firm presence) in Singapore and the surrounding region. A projects and M&A lawyer by trade, he has extensive cross-sector experience and is an expert on all aspects of the LNG supply chain. He assists clients with the full spectrum of corporate, M&A and projects work, including acquisitions, divestments, corporate restructurings and joint ventures in Australia, South East Asia and the broader APAC region.
