Nick Forbutt

Nick is a Solicitor based in the Sydney office of King & Wood Mallesons. Nick is currently rotating through International Arbitration within the Disputes practice, with previous rotations in the Energy team within the Projects practice and the Financial Regulation team within the Banking and Finance practice. Nick is interested in Australia’s energy transition, carbon markets and everything ESG. He has worked on renewable energy projects, changes to the national electricity law and rules, climate-related statements and disclosures, and regulatory matters associated with carbon markets.
