James McKenzie

James McKenzie is an English-qualified Partner in the firm’s London office and an international arbitration and cross-border litigation specialist.  Like many an international arbitration mongrel, James previously worked in the firm’s Hong Kong office but is originally Australian raised and educated.  As a result, James is also qualified in those two jurisdictions and spent most of his early career following clients in their disputes all over Asia and Oceania.  He will spare you the war stories and arbitral centre acronyms.  When he’s not travelling for work or pleasure, James keeps himself busy perfecting his French and trying to decide what third language he should learn to ensure he is “international” arbitration enough.
