Domenico has deep experience as counsel and advocate in cross-border disputes before both domestic courts as well as international tribunals across both commercial and investment treaty arbitration. Domenico has practised around the world, including in Sydney, Paris, Hong Kong, London and The Hague. Domenico is particularly adept at resolving complex cross-border disputes, often involving parallel proceedings in multiple jurisdictions and novel conflict of laws issues.
