Claire has extensive experience acting as transaction counsel advising arrangers, agents, lenders and borrowers in connection with a wide variety of banking transactions (including leveraged and corporate finance, funds finance, receivables finance, real estate finance and restructuring), that are often multi-jurisdictional and/or highly-structured.
