Barbara Chiu

Barbara is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team of our Hong Kong office, with over 25 years of experience in all matters of dispute resolution in Hong Kong. She has led a wide variety of cases over the years, including complex commercial litigation, high-value international arbitration, and advice and representation in connection with regulatory investigations and white-collar crime matters (including successful appeal in the Court of Final Appeal of Hong Kong). When not litigating in court or advising on disputes, Barbara might be found exploring cities and towns of China, experiencing the local culture and natural beauty.
