On 18 November 2012, Lisa Huett had a great interview on BRR Media about developments in competition law during 2012, considering which sectors may be under the spotlight next year.
Lisa also looked into the crystal ball for 2013, noting that retail facing businesses need to make sure their houses are in order, particularly in respect of consumer guarantees, commenting that while the ACCC gave companies a grace period this year, cases recently commenced against Harvey Norman and Hewlett Packard show that the honeymoon is over.
