The CMA steps up competition law enforcement in the online market place

The UK Competition and Markets Authority has stepped up its enforcement activities in online retail markets, targeting anti-competitive agreements in a range of sectors from bathroom fittings to golf clubs. This mirrors recent action taken by the European Commission and other national competition authorities as they seek to promote price competition in the digital market.
