As reported in our recent post, on 12 October 2011 the Full Federal Court overturned a decision awarding damages to the representative applicant, grandfather Graeme Peterson.
In a release to the ASX today, solicitors in the class action Slater & Gordon announced that applications for special leave have been filed with the High Court in Melbourne, with a hope that the applications would be heard in the first half of 2012.
